Although we strive for perfection, our items are handmade, therefore, there may be slight imperfections that are not considered flaws, but add to the charm and uniqueness of your handmade item.
- Your order officially enters our creation queue as soon as your payment is processed. We feel everyone should enjoy not only high quality goods, but high quality service. Therefore, individual order TAT (turnaround time) may vary, but averages approximately 1-4 weeks from the time the order is placed, depending on order size, and how many orders are in-house (please feel free to contact us in advance for an estimate). TAT does not include travel time once shipped. Should you purchase more than one item, your order may require additional processing time. If this is the case, you will be notified within 2 days of order placement.
